10xDS developed a solution for SOFR implementation for one of the leading Banks in Bahrain. The implementation was as per the compliance requirement to replace LIBOR with SOFR and was successfully done with integration to Core Banking. The implementation would help the business to do the deal calculations based on SOFR outside the Core Banking. Emerging technologies like RPA and Microsoft Power Apps were used to achieve the business objectives by leveraging existing RPA and Microsoft infrastructure.
10xDS successfully completed the RPA migration project from V11 to A360 for a leading Manufacturer in Bahrain. The project involved 31 scheduled tasks and 180 subtasks to be migrated.
10xDS implemented an automated solution for the creation of Sales database. The BOT crawls through multiple sites to extract details based on filtering criteria such as Industry/Domain, Region, Company size, Name, Job title, among others. The output is provided in an excel format with details as per filtering criteria along with contact details to the Sales team to reach out further. The BOT significantly reduced the processing time to fetch 25-line items from 4 hours to 10 mins.

10xDS streamlined the Blocking/Unblocking process mandated by CBB for yet another bank in Bahrain. Blocking/Unblocking (BUB) is an ideal candidate for automation due to its high volume, strict adherence to SLA set by CBB, highly definable and standardized process, and the requirement of many personnel for complying to CBB standards. The process was successfully automated considering all the nine different business scenarios that existed. Automation is envisaged to help the bank to avoid hefty penalties imposed by the Central Bank for noncompliance.
10xDS helped a leading bank in Bahrain to leverage a Microsoft Power Platform based app to manage the on-boarding of employees. The solution covered the automation of onboarding process activities such as setting up of Basic Record File for the shortlisted candidates and issuance of automated Offer Letter, E-mail notification on the response/action on the Offer Letter and posting of accepted Offer Letters digitally using DocuSign.
10xDS automated the process of monitoring the Solar Winds IT Infrastructure web site to determine nodes of the oil well devices having the maximum packet loss during data transmission for one of the leading oil producers in the Middle East.
10xDS streamlined the Provident Fund registration process for a company in India which focuses on HR technology, staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, compliance management and managed services. The process involved gathering data from internal ERPs, validating, and registering the requests in Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation’s portal.
10xDS automated the Budget Transfer process for one of the leading Power and Utility company in UAE. The process involved transferring, enhancing, and decreasing of funds across business entities, departments, accounts based on requests approved by department heads. The budgets were then manually updated in multiple systems like SAP Fusion & Concur. The volume of requests per year is approximately thousand and each request takes up to 15 mins manually. The automated process reduced the processing time and increased the accuracy of the process.
10xDS developed a concept solution to manage housekeeping activities for a leading Hospitality Group in the Middle East. Microsoft Power Platform stack along with MS Teams were utilized for the process transformation. A Power Apps based application was developed with modules for Shift allocation, Clock-in and out based on locations, Checklist items and Tasks, and Room allocation for maintenance for each of the staff.
10xDS developed a Microsoft Power Platform-based app, accessible through MS Teams for managing the RPA support engagements. The app enables users to create various support engagements and shifts for each of the engagement. Tickets received will be logged (it is manual now but will be automated soon) for easier tracking and closure.
10xDS built a concept for a UK-based healthcare start-up looking to foray into the tele-medicines space. The consulting team as well as the UX team collaborated to build a low-fidelity wireframe for the concept. The wireframe will be used by the start-up for showcasing the concept to potential users as well as investors to gather feedback and proceed.
10xDS successfully automated the tender lifecycle management process for one of the leading oil producers in ME. The process involves exporting the tender plan data from Oracle ERP to track the difference between the Planned and Actual dates for each of the stages and between the successive stages for ‘Offtrack’ tenders. The process was manual intensive and highly time-consuming.

10xDS automated and streamlined the deal disbursement process for a leading provider of Islamic commercial and investment banking services enterprise. The process involves receiving the list of deals to be disbursed from a reporting tool. The automated solution reads the report and fulfils the required validations such as backlisted deals, among others. After the validations are successful the disbursal process will be completed in the core banking solution.
