SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) is replacing LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate), a widely used global benchmark interest rate. Most of the other central banks have also issued circulars to their respective Banks. The final cessation of LIBOR — and all remaining USD LIBOR rates will be discontinued after June 30, 2023.

10xDS delivered end-to-end automation concept for a leading wholesale Bank in Saudi Arabia for extracting data from paper-based forms for further entry and processing through Core Banking System(CBS). Using Microsoft-based tools including SharePoint, AI Builder, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams, 10xDS optimised the process and developed a workflow to facilitate it.

10xDS successfully implemented an automated solution that allows users to keep track of the employees who are on their probation period. In this way, the user can classify the worker as either a new hire or a transfer from another company. It also aids in keeping the user informed on the current standing of the employee evaluations that are to be completed by the respective HODs.

10xDS successfully delivered a chatbot solution concept for a semi-autonomous government agency in the Middle East to provide assistance to private-sector businesses and individuals. The MS Teams-based chatbot solution helped the beneficiaries of the programs with details of the programs as well as specific queries around application status, payments, and complaints, among others.

With this solution, the business team can now generate and consolidate service bills and send them to customers regularly with automation.

With the introduction of the Judicial Banking Orders System (“JBOS”) in Bahrain, the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf (abbreviated “MOJ”) has implemented a new system for blocking and unblocking orders with all banks. 10xDS automated phase 1 of the project for a Bahraini bank. In phase 1, the automation covered one of the many scenarios that cover most customer accounts.

On October 25, 2022, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the new edition of the standard was published to replace the 2013 version. ISO/IEC 27002:2022 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to ensure the safety and security of confidential information. It offers high-level guidance on how to establish an ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001.
