10xDS delivered an automated solution for a multinational oil company based in Singapore. The solution streamlined data movement of Service Requests and Work Order Releases across Maintenance Web Portal and ERP for maintenance requests. The major challenge the client faced was the highly manual process to extract service request from web portal to update in ERP. 16 data fields needed to be manually populated and errors in equipment ID problem description among others resulted in wrong work order creations. Even work Order reference and other associated details needed to be manually updated back in Web Portal.
10xDS helped delivering Intelligent Automation (IA) solution for a mortgage funding bank in United States for confirmation of loans from borrowers or brokers with the Bank’s database. It was an extremely time critical process which had to be run every five minutes. The challenge the bank faced was that even minor changes in the file from Bank database could cause corruption of the file and warranted rework. Before automation, the process was highly manual for an analyst to double check the email from borrowers and brokers for confirmation.

10xDS automated Fund management process for a company that provides clearing, settlement; depository services to all securities, and derivatives traded in Stock Exchanges. The solution increased efficiency in data collection, analysis and calculation, reducing 50 hours per month and 99% SAP inquiry requests are now handled by the bot.

Manual process of consolidation of Remittance transactions into bank-wise files after verification before transmitting from the client’s IT department was automated.
