Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for Insurance Sector

10xDS helped a leading Indian insurance firm providing vehicle and medical insurances to implement an Intelligent Document Processing solution. The solution enabled reading large volume of transactions from the Estimates and Invoices submitted by dealers as part of claims process and further push the data to downstream application making it more efficient with minimal human interaction. 10xDS designed and implemented an intelligent OCR based solution ensuring tremendous efficiency and 100% accuracy in reading dealers documents maintaining good document quality. Before the solution implementation it took more than one day to process five files with100 line items and after implementing the solution the processing time was reduced to only 10-20 seconds.
