Intelligent Automation Solution for Signature verification

10xDS delivered an AI-based signature verification solution developed for a leading Bank in the Middle East. The solution leveraged Microsoft .Net framework on image processing along with RPA BOTs for the process-related activities. The repetitive and rule-based process required handling a large volume of signature verifications, also involving the risk of personal bias. 10xDS designed and implemented AI-based RPA solution that enabled the BOT to access the authorized signatures from KYC documents from a secured folder or online system and initiates similarity checker algorithm for finding the similarity score. This data is further used for downstream processing based on the variance tolerance limit set. The solution improved turn- around time and significantly reduced risk.
