10xDS develops Virtual Assistants to help the hospitality and tourism sector
10xDS developed virtual assistant (chatbot) to carry out tasks such as check-in, check out, make reservations, and even ask for local restaurant recommendations round the clock with zero downtime. Hotel Chatbot’s search feature helps users to find hotels and restaurants in various locations of their choice. Users can interact with the bot in a natural language and the chatbot responds with the available hotel’s list. Later the user can click on “view details” to know more about the hotel and its facilities and book a preferred room based on availability. To check in to a hotel: A guest can digitally check-in to the chatbot for availing “Room Services” and other related services, using a QR code available in the room. Upon successful confirmation and signing, guests get a list of available room facilities and upcoming events. Other examples include users making ordering food, check-out or early check-outs. The bot can also provide an option to ask for feedbacks from customers.
