10xDS developed a comprehensive Transaction Management Tool built entirely on MS Power Platform, to automate the funding or repatriation process between entities for a leading Power & Utility Company in Middle East. Previously, this operation was managed through Excel files and PowerPoint presentations sent across teams via email, making the process cumbersome and prone to issues with outdated information. This new solution standardizes the step plan documentation process and includes features such as the ability to search and filter transaction projects, create new projects, and manage detailed step plans for cash, accounting, and tax. Each team can work on their assigned step plan, with workflows ensuring sequential signoffs. The tool includes capabilities for uploading multiple documents, updating notes, saving drafts, and finalizing step plans with a sign-off mechanism. Notifications are automated to keep teams informed at each workflow stage. Users can review and validate step plans, generate consolidated reports, and manage access controls to ensure only authorized team members can work on or view specific step plans. This automation enhances data integrity, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient management of transaction projects, resulting in increased operational efficiency and reliability.
