Stock and Inventory Valuation process for Multinational Oil Company

10xDS successfully delivered an automated solution to help a multinational mid and downstream oil company streamline their Stock Reporting and Valuation Process for 11 entities of the company. The project scope was to automate Stock related reports that are both predefined as well as those which vary on a daily basis. These reports helped the Business teams to evaluate the stock and inventory reports with respect to location, supply, and transit. BOT performs the data massaging of input data and generate various output reports. BOT also notifies Business teams on report generation as well as any exceptions which may occur. Automation reduces the cycle time to generate reports and increases the data accuracy of the reports. With this automation, the company eliminated the redundancy in the process and 1 FTE is freed to take up high value add activities.
