Major Indian commercial bank streamlines Interbank Payment process leveraging 10xDS RPA solution
10xDS helped a major Indian commercial bank automate their Interbank payment process. The process is extremely critical for the Bank due to its nature and as it must adhere to the NACH Procedural Guidelines developed by the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). The process involved handling a large volume of files that needs to be downloaded from the Central Bank’s website and further processed in the CBS. It was extremely manual, time consuming and repetitive, consisting of multiple process scenarios, time norms and different file types. 10xDS leveraged its state-of-the-art Intelligent Automation COE to develop a robotized process for the client. The bots are capable of handling large data volume, enabling enhanced performance with 45% reduction in AHT. The bots perform tasks at a much better speed 24/7/365 without downtime, significantly increasing productivity. Automating the repetitive tasks significantly saves FTEs and labor cost.
