Manual sales order creation often involves repetitive data entry, multiple approval cycles, and delays caused by manual validation. Using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), the solution automatically extracts key details from customer Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), including item information, quantities, pricing, delivery requirements, and special instructions. Extracted data is presented through a validation workflow, while exceptions such as free-of-charge and discounted items are automatically routed for the appropriate approvals. Once approved, BOTs seamlessly create and book sales orders in ERP system without manual intervention.
