Chatbot & RPA transforms HR process of leaves and delegation

10xDS developed an automated solution for employer to delegate business activities to available employees in the office to ensure business continuity for a leading O&G company in Kuwait. The solution transformed the process of assigning delegates in multiple applications for employees on leaves. Upon leave update through chatbot and approval, RPA BOTs review the leave request in Oracle HR module and update the delegates in various core business applications based on delegation rules. The solution helped to transform the process by eliminating the manual task of Line Managers updating delegates to ensure seamless business continuity and to avoid unauthorized access into business-critical applications
