Automation solution for Probation Evaluation for Hospitality Industry
10xDS successfully implemented an automated solution that allows users to keep track of the employees who are on their probation period. In this way, the user can classify the worker as either a new hire or a transfer from another company. It also aids in keeping the user informed on the current standing of the employee evaluations that are to be completed by the respective HODs. Upon completion of the review, the user will be notified of the outcome and provided with a pre-populated acceptance letter and rejection letter template. Attached to this email will be a link to a document in which the relevant HOD has entered the employee’s performance evaluation report. The issue was resolved by employing Microsoft Power Automate. Some of the advantages of the solution include keeping tabs on when staff evaluations are due and sending timely automated reminders and follow-ups to ensure that no one forgets.
