Automated road pass issuance to critical employees from private sector during the COVID 19 restrictions

10xDS helped delivering an automated solution to generate and issue road pass for critical employees to commute on road for complying with the mandate issued by the police department of a middle east country, to curb the spread of COVID – 19. 10xDS developed an RPA solution to help the HR & Administration department for issuing authorization letters to critical employees who are required to commute to office premises. The Bot accesses employee database, extracts details of the critical employees, prepares road pass on the defined template and sends email to employees with the printable road pass pdf attachment. It effectively eliminates manual effort required to issue road pass and significantly increases efficiency by issuing the passes swiftly.
