Global Investment Holding Company embraced RPA to streamline Visa Handling Services and enhance service uptime
A smart integrated business service platform, part of the Global Investment Holding, provides over 200 government and corporate services to over 5,100 partners across its group's 11 business parks. In line with its innovative client service solutions it provides an interactive digital portal and a smart service center enhancing the ease of doing business.
The services comprising of handling employee visa for business partners were manual processes which required multiple fulltime resources to handle the huge volume of requests. Apart from being mundane and repetitive, these processes forming part of the 3 main services were time consuming and prone to errors which in turn resulted in frequent SLA breaches.
In line with Dubai's future vision inclined to embrace new age technology, the client wanted to bring a rapid improvement in the current business services. 10xDS was invited to showcase the business challenges, where we proposed the use of exponential technologies like Robotic Process Automation, so as to minimise the human element in doing such repetitive, rule-based and voluminous processes.
