RPA migration from Automation Anywhere V11 to A360

10xDS successfully completed the RPA migration project from V11 to A360 for a leading Manufacturer in Bahrain. The project involved 31 scheduled tasks and 180 subtasks to be migrated. One major challenge the team faced was that the code written by a third-party vendor had multiple areas with hard-coded values using keystrokes leading to repeated failures. Identifying the causes of these failures and resolving some unforeseen one-off scenarios were challenging and time consuming. However, the project was successfully delivered within the stipulated timeframe which included 8 automated processes from the finance function.
