Teleconsultation app for healthcare start-up in UK

10xDS built a concept for a UK-based healthcare start-up looking to foray into the tele-medicines space. The consulting team as well as the UX team collaborated to build a low-fidelity wireframe for the concept. The wireframe will be used by the start-up for showcasing the concept to potential users as well as investors to gather feedback and proceed. The mobile app, as well as the website, will allow both physician onboarding and customer (Patient) onboarding. Patients will be able to search for physicians based on their preferred region, and speciality, among others and further book for teleconsultation. In this context, 10xDS has also internally developed the telemedicine framework using Azure Communication Services (ACS) to democratize the virtual consultation process.
