Sales Order creation in SAP for a leading retail company

10xDS successfully delivered an automation solution for Sales Order Creation in SAP. The project was delivered remotely from 10xDS offshore locations in India for a leading retail company in Kuwait. The process involved data extraction from digital pdf sales orders from various distributors and then updating them in the ERP for checking the details such as Model Number, Price, Customer Branch and Stock Availability in warehouse on the SAP system. The automation was delivered leveraging the Microsoft Power Automate platform. The automation significantly reduced the manual effort and the necessity of employing staff during the weekends when the sales volume is at its peak.
