10xDS RPA solution streamlined Block/Unblock process for leading Bahrain Bank
Team 10xDS helped a leading Islamic Retail bank in Bahrain with end-to-end automation of their Block/Unblock account process. The Block/Unblock account request process is a high impact process involving manual data inputs by staff members who should follow strict timelines and adherence criteria. Implementing the 10xDS RPA solution significantly increased the processing speed, capacity, and accuracy of the process. The AHT also increased by 50 %, which covered 400- 500 requests in a day.
