The previous process relied on senior leadership meetings for approvals but lacked a centralized system to consolidate communications, approvals, and supporting documents, making it difficult to track historical requests and documents. The new solution automates the workflow, allowing employees to submit transaction requests and respond to additional information requests. Compliance managers review submissions and classify transactions, while the Head of Compliance ensures all necessary documentation is complete. The BAC Secretary and Board Secretary review and approve or reject requests, adding Minutes of Meetings when required. An admin oversees user access and system integrity, ensuring smooth functionality. The app also integrates with SharePoint for master list management, enabling centralized document storage. By improving communication, automating notifications, and maintaining an audit trail, the solution enhances transparency, accelerates approvals, and ensures regulatory compliance, significantly improving operational efficiency.
