10xDS developed an automated solution for performing the quality acceptance check before honouring SIM card requests from customers of a telecom company. The process was repetitive and time-consuming. The automated solution helped bringing down the turnaround time and increased operational efficiency as BOT completed the process five times faster than an employee. The process involved logging into the internal application, verifying customer information in the application with attached ID and certifying or rejecting based on validation results as match or mismatch. A daily status report is sent as well with a consolidated summary for the internal processing team.
