Procurement Process Automation in ShipnetOne

10xDS successfully delivered an intelligent automation solution to streamline end-to-end vessel procurement process using the ERP – ShipNet One, for one of the largest logistics companies in the Middle East. The team designed and implemented an RPA solution which creates and sends RFQs to suppliers using historical purchase and RFQ data, sends reminders to suppliers to seek timely responses, among other tasks. The solution helped reduce handling time for each process, enhanced process compliance and made the process touch-less.
