MS Power Platform and MS Teams-based app for RPA support engagements

10xDS developed a Microsoft Power Platform-based app, accessible through MS Teams for managing the RPA support engagements. The app enables users to create various support engagements and shifts for each engagement. Tickets received will be logged (it is manual now but will be automated soon) for easier tracking and closure. The app also offers the ability to schedule recurring activities in a particular RPA process and monitor them constantly. Reporting of the tickets, and resolution among other key insights and features are made available with trends to plan and manage the utilization of resources better.
