Policy Issuance and Renewal

10xDS developed an automated solution policy issuance and renewal for a leading insurance company in Bahrain. The company was facing challenges in accurately recording transactions related to New Issuance, Renewal, Addition and Deletion of members in their backend systems. These tasks are often urgent/business-critical, highly repetitive, mundane, prone to errors. With automation, BOT receives an email and/or its attachments and logs into the respective system and performs necessary navigation to enter the extracted details (from e-mail and attachments) in the system. It also verifies the details and sends a confirmation email to stakeholders. The automated process brings down manual touchpoints, reduces errors, reduces processing times and helps bring down costs by 80%.
