ORACLE based Order Processing for an Investment Firm

10xDS automated a process for processing order details in Oracle for a renowned investment firm in UAE. The procurement team had to manually create multiple orders in the iProcurement site for hardware assets, from time to time based on the demand from various teams. In case the order exceeded the available balance in the designated account for such purchases, the user had to painstakingly capture all the order details and make the necessary fund transfers to complete the order submission. As part of the automated solution, BOT creates the orders in iProcurement, validates if the funds are sufficient for order submission and notifies the users in case of insufficient balance. Automation of the process has freed up the procurement team from performing manual tasks, thereby allowing them to focus on more value-add tasks
