Opportunity Management workflow using Power Platform

10xDS developed a comprehensive Opportunity Management Tool built entirely on MS Power Platform, to automate the opportunity lifecycle process for a leading Power & Utility Company in Middle East. Previously, this operation was managed through a solution developed in SAP platform. However, due to high license costs, maintenance challenges and the inability to customize according to business requirements, management has decided to redevelop the solution on the Power Platform to leverage existing licenses and gain flexibility. This new solution includes features such as the ability to track new opportunity by adding and managing all opportunity details such as business data, technology data, financial data, legal data, milestone details, stakeholder information and any related documents. It provides clear visibility into pipeline, showing where each opportunity stands in the process—from Identification to Advanced Development. The configured workflow at each stage enables approvers to meticulously review opportunity details and take appropriate actions as needed. Notifications are automated to keep teams informed at each workflow stage. Role-based access control to ensure that sensitive opportunity data is accessible only to authorized personnel, maintaining data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
