10xDS helped an NGO based in Kerala to define, strategize and develop strong processes and internal controls that could enable them to efficiently run the center and its offerings. 10xDS team started the project by assessing all of the functions and traced out the inconsistencies and inefficiencies. Our consultants worked closely with the Management team to identify the pain points and to gain a clear understanding of the elements (services, processes, technology, and people) that are working well and those that need improvement. The project helped the NGO to envision the best-in-class processes and implement recommendations that leverage these elements to create opportunities to improve and, when necessary, gain a competitive advantage. The recommendations provided by our expert consultants were actionable, measurable, and most importantly for improving the sustainability of the organisation.
