M365 Security Review

10xDS conducted a comprehensive security review and audit for a leading University in Bahrain enabling them to adhere to the highest security standards. Recognizing the critical importance of securing sensitive academic and administrative data, the university engaged 10xDS services to attain a thorough assessment of their existing M365 security posture. 10xDS conducted the assessment in 4 phases – a. Identity and Access Management review, b. Threat and Incident Management Analysis, c. Information Protection & Data Retention Audit and d. Reporting and recommendations. The engagement helped the university in minimizing the risks and vulnerabilities identified from the auditing of the M365 tenant. It also helped revoke elevated access for users and provided them with precise guidelines for the assignment of administrative roles. The exercise also helped recognize the instances of excessive data exposure and post which methods for data encryption and protection were implemented.
