Loyalty program – Realtime Tracking

10xDS delivered a solution concept to a leading hotel group for tackling the issue of fraud by employees in their loyalty program. Hotel was providing Dine in vouchers for Long staying guests, but it was being misused for other customers by the employees. The solution fetches the guest details from the booking system and uses an OTP-based process for marking the availing of dine-in discounts. At the end of the day, the system further downloaded their billing details and performed reconciliation. The solution also addressed the tracking of guests who are yet to have their meals that are booked.
