JBOS Automation for Bahrain’s largest Bank

With the introduction of the Judicial Banking Orders System (“JBOS”) in Bahrain, the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf (abbreviated “MOJ”) has implemented a new system for blocking and unblocking orders with all banks. 10xDS automated phase 1 of the project for a Bahraini bank. In phase 1, the automation covered one of the many scenarios that cover most customer accounts. The Core Banking System and JBOS site were automated. The benefits include scalability, minimal human dependency, SLA compliance, and better SLA compliance through faster processing times and continuous request monitoring. To automate all scenarios, subsequent phases are underway.
