10xDS delivered an Intelligent automation solution capable of extracting data and validating them against the proofs submitted for claims in an American Insurance and financial company. The company was dealing with a high volume of claims and semi-structured and unstructured documents as proofs. Manual data extraction from documents for further processing was time-consuming and error-prone. 10xDS designed and implemented an Intelligent automation solution that enabled data extraction from claim forms, document training for semi-structured and unstructured documents. The solution also implemented a seamless human-bot handshake for validating the data extracted with less confidence. Further this data was pushed to ERP for claims processing. Automation enabled faster processing and quick settlement of claims. It also eliminated manual data entry and data entry errors.
