10xDS automated various processes in the Employees’ State Insurance Scheme (ESIC) for a leading business services provider in India leveraging Intelligent Automation. ESIC processes are rule-based and repeatable, and this is the third such implementation of an automation solution in the process. 10xDS team created an efficient process design that enables the bots to handle large data volume from multiple HR managers, from various locations providing enhanced performance. The solution makes the entire process error-free, efficient, and accurate. Automating the repetitive tasks significantly saves the FTEs and labor costs.
