Faced with limited customer segmentation and lack of structured insights, the bank sought to unlock the power of data for more personalized engagement. 10xDS implemented an AI-driven BI framework that categorized transactions across key spend areas like Dining, Groceries, Shopping, and Travel. The system applied machine learning models to identify spending behaviours and segment customers as high, moderate, or low spenders. Demographic insights such as age, gender, employment type, and marital status were also integrated to enhance customer understanding and campaign targeting.
