10xDS has successfully completed a digital transformation consulting engagement for a major retail company in Bahrain. The project involved assessing the current processes, systems, and challenges of the company’s core and support divisions. The organization uses “Oracle Enterprise” as its core system, but several divisions lack IT systems for daily operations. Issues like ineffective tool adoption, data integrity concerns, minimal use of disruptive technologies, and information security incidents were identified. The exercise is expected to help devise a comprehensive transformation strategy to enhance system integration, improve technology adoption, and strengthen security, paving the way for future innovation and operational efficiency.
