Digital assistant for customer On-boarding
10xDS worked with one of the leading financial services firm to develop a digital assistant to automate the customer onboarding process. The assistant interacts with the user to collect the basic customer information, accepts KYC documents from the user and updates the internal systems with the collected information. The assistant was trained using Natural Language Understanding (NLU) techniques to interact with the user in a conversational and natural manner and is being trained continuously to optimize the language understanding capabilities.
