BUB Dashboards for a leading Bahrain based bank

10xDS successfully implemented Block/Unblock (BUB) process dashboards for a leading Bahrain Bank. BUB dashboards help users to gain deeper insights into automated BUB process execution and process data which results in increased transparency, reporting and traceability. Dashboard KPIs provide users with request volume trends to anticipate volume spikes which could then help organizations avoid noncompliance and enable better request handling. Data on RPA BOT processing time helps the users to monitor and plan BOT utilizations, exceptions, among others. 10xDS had also successfully automated and streamlined the BUB process for the bank earlier and has been running smoothly for a year.
