10xDS played a crucial role in assisting our client, a leading financial institution, recently expanded their operations by acquiring another bank with several key migration steps, leveraging advanced Microsoft Power Platform tools to streamline the process. This significant move required meticulous planning and execution to ensure a smooth transition. One of the primary challenges was the integration of employees from the acquired bank. After completing this, we helped the bank with the migration of customer accounts and supporting details from the acquired bank’s legacy system. Utilizing Power Automate, we implemented a scalable RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution. This allowed for timely and accurate data entry, accommodating the large volume of information that needed to be transferred. The scalable nature of the BOTs ensured that the migration process could be adjusted to meet the bank’s specific requirements, enhancing both efficiency and data integrity. Automation handled data collection and reconciliation between excel worksheets, SigCap, and BOT enabled creation of CIFs, account creation, signature images uploads, and email/SMS detail updates, in the Core Banking System, T24.
