10xDS streamlines Tender Lifecycle Management for a leading Oil Producer in ME

10xDS successfully automated the tender lifecycle management process for one of the leading oil producers in ME. The process involves exporting the tender plan data from Oracle ERP to track the difference between the Planned and Actual dates for each of the stages and between the successive stages for ‘Offtrack’ tenders. The process was manual intensive and highly time-consuming. The solution enabled bots to extract and export the tender plan data from the ERP to Tender plan excel, filter data in the tender plan file with respect to Offtrack status and department, populate the planned and actual dates, and more. The solution significantly helped to reduce man-hours spent, the handling time for each activity, and improve compliance while reducing errors.
