Automated AGIS Report Creation Solution

10xDS successfully implemented an automated solution to streamline the AGIS (Advanced Global Intercompany System) report creation process for a leading maritime and logistics company in the Middle East. The automation addressed challenges such as the repetitive extraction of Trial Balances from Oracle Fusion, time-intensive data mapping using external tools, and the manual preparation of AGIS batch templates. By leveraging RPA, the solution automated the extraction of Trial Balances, applied predefined allocation rules for mapping, populated AGIS files with cost allocation details, and delivered reports to designated personnel.
