The solution primarily offers Data Extraction from the Statements, Expense Categorization, Reconciliation with Bank statements and Insights. Technology stack includes MS Outlook, SharePoint library, Power Automate Flows, Power Apps interface, Power BI, AI Builder, Form Recognizer and Azure Open AI. The solution ensures that all the expenses are recorded accurately and in a timely manner to avoid any discrepancies and is within company’s budget. Solution also helps in matching all the credit card statements with the company’s accounting records or bank statements. Any fraudulent charges are spotted on time and notified to relevant stakeholders to prevent in future.
