Seamless M365 and Zoho Mail Tenant Migration
10xDS completed a full M365 tenant migration from the Kuwait location to the Dubai location without service interruptions and to transition Zoho Mail accounts to the new M365 tenant for professional services company.

Minimizing downtime was a priority to ensure that email services and data remained fully accessible to users throughout and after the migration. Maintaining data integrity was equally crucial, with a focus on achieving 100% accuracy and completeness while transferring mailboxes and other critical data. Cost management played a key role in the process by reducing unnecessary licensing expenses through tenant consolidation and the removal of redundant services. Additionally, the migration from both M365 and Zoho platforms was executed on a strict schedule to prevent operational delays and ensure a seamless transition.
How 10xDS Helped
For the M365 migration, 10xDS set up a new tenant in the Dubai region and onboarded the vendor through CSP. Temporary licenses were activated, and PST files were verified to ensure mailbox integrity. The DNS was updated to point to the new tenant, followed by successful mail flow testing to confirm seamless email transport. In the Zoho Mail migration, 10xDS verified PST files, successfully exported data from Zoho, and updated the DNS to direct emails to the M365 tenant. Finally, mailboxes were created within M365, ensuring a smooth transition.
