Automated Sales Enquiry processing for a Logistics firm

10xDS automated a process for sales enquiry processing in SAP for a leading logistics firm in UAE. From creating sales enquiry based on customer requirements up to the creation of sales orders, the process was done manually by the sales team. This involved data entry and data validation tasks within SAP. Automation of sales enquiry creation has enabled in creating sales enquiries on a real-time basis, upon receiving the customer requirements. This also results in a shorter Turnaround of the process as a whole and Sales Enquiry creation in particular with lower occurrences of errors in the order details.
