10xDS wins RPA maintenance engagement to support large Indian private sector Bank

10xDS had successfully deployed an automated solution for automating NACH (National Automated Clearing House) reconciliation process for a large Indian private sector Bank. The Bank has now awarded 10xDS with a six-month maintenance support contract for the same project considering the past successful engagement and expertise. The maintenance engagement encompasses support activities such as fixing the issues reported during production, analysis of issues and submission of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report, deploying in testing environment for verification and more.
