Payslip data extraction for a leading bank

A major bank in Bahrain has partnered with 10xDS to automate the verification of customer payslips for loan processing, significantly enhancing efficiency. The traditional manual process of verifying payslips uploaded via the bank’s mobile app was time-consuming and prone to delays. To address this, 10xDS implemented an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution that extracts key data from payslips with over 95% accuracy. The system works seamlessly in near-real-time, automatically extracting the required information from customer-uploaded payslips and pushing the data back into the bank’s mobile app via an API. This eliminates the need for manual intervention, accelerating loan processing and improving the customer experience. By leveraging this technology, the bank can now verify customer documents more efficiently, reducing turnaround times and ensuring greater accuracy in loan approvals. This project marks a significant step towards digital transformation for the bank, streamlining operations and enhancing service quality.
