Housekeeping process automation for a leading Hospitality Group in Middle East

10xDS developed a concept solution to manage housekeeping activities for a leading Hospitality Group in the Middle East. Microsoft Power Platform stack along with MS Teams were utilized for the process transformation. A Power Apps based application was developed with modules for Shift allocation, Clock-in and out based on locations, Checklist items and Tasks, and Room allocation for maintenance for each of the staff. There is an inspection checklist available for detailed and quick inspections. The automation solution offers reports and dashboards for Front Office, House Keeping Manager and Management team. The solution also offers the organization staff a view of details of the rooms.
