10xDS stayed true to this year’s International Women’s day theme ‘Choose to Challenge’ (#ChooseToChallenge ) believing that there are many arenas for women to conquer, battling the odds and challenges the world has laid before them. Team 10xDS has always been committed to empowering our women colleagues at work and encouraging them to challenge the norm. This year we celebrated womanhood with Dr. Ranjana Varghese, the Deputy Director, Xavier Leadership Centre, XIME, who delivered an excellent virtual session for all the women colleagues at 10xDS, sharing her experiences and insights.
